Return Eligibility

We Accept Returns For:

  • • Books received in damaged condition
  • • Books with manufacturing defects (torn pages, missing pages, etc.)
  • • Wrong book delivered
  • • Books received in poor quality

We Cannot Accept Returns For:

  • • Books in used or read condition
  • • Books with damaged or missing original packaging
  • • Books returned after 7 days of delivery
  • • Change of mind or incorrect order placed by customer

How to Return

  1. 1.Contact our customer support at support@bookgazing.in or call +91 22 2640 8765 within 7 days of delivery
  2. 2.Provide your order number and reason for return with photos of the damaged/defective book
  3. 3.Our team will verify the issue and approve the return request
  4. 4.We'll arrange a free pickup from your address (no need to ship it yourself)
  5. 5.Once we receive and verify the returned book, your refund will be processed

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

  • • UPI/Wallet: 2-3 business days
  • • Credit/Debit Card: 5-7 business days
  • • Net Banking: 5-7 business days
  • • Cash on Delivery: Bank transfer within 7-10 business days (bank details required)

Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you receive a damaged or wrong book, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the correct book.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order before it's shipped at no charge. Once the order is shipped, you can either:

  • • Refuse delivery when the courier arrives, or
  • • Accept delivery and initiate a return as per our return policy
